When things don’t work out as we plan we may begin to stress over it. These perceived failures can be simple things like forgetting to turn the water heater on, or not making enough potatoes for dinner. Sometimes it doesn’t take much to add to our stress and worries.

…………………….started blaming ourselves for the things that go wrong, especially the things that we have never had and never will have control over.

 

We reach the tipping point where the stresses we all need to contend with each day become more than that and the problem morphs………………..

……………………….. we feel that we are going to burst into tears, that’s fine. Do it! Male or female, do it.

This first step is always going to be difficult. But what are the alternatives?
